FilmReviews: Back To The Future Part I

Where we're going,we don't need roads.
-Doctor Emmett Brown (Back To The Future)

Just watched Robert Zemeckis' classic Sci-Fi/Adventure movie Back To The Future yesterday and i had so much fun.I was supposed to post this review last night, but since i was very sleepy,i wasn't able to do so.The film's about Marty McFly,a teenager accidentally sent 30 years to the past in a time-traveling DeLorean invented by his friend,Doctor Emmett Brown (Christopher Lloyd) and must be sure that his high-school-aged parents meet up and fall in love in order to save his existence.Back To The Future's plot is very interesting and one of a kind due to the "time traveling" concept which was very one of a kind at it's time of release.Credits to Bob Gale for his incredible writing. And Steven Spielberg's amazing production.Anyway, the plot really flat-out rocks since it involves sending a dude back to 1955.Which is good 'cause we get to see what the 50s looked like.Plus,i really love the present and past dialogues.Which is also part of the plot.We get to see some characters in the present day in their past appearance. It was just amazing.Really.The performances were great, specifically Michael J. Fox's and Christopher Lloyd. They had a great chemistry on screen as friends who help each other.Crispin Glover's performance on George McFly,Marty's dad was amazing same with Lea Thompson's.Alan Silvestri's score was funky and flashy and fit the film really well, with the help of Huey Lewis' songs which also uses "time" as a theme. One of the best things in Back To The Future is that, not only will you have so much fun and be entertained, but you will also learn a valuable lesson in the end.Robert Zemeckis' direction was really spectacular,he mixed great plot with lovable characters to form one heck of a great film.Back To The Future is an incredible film with an interesting plot and charismatic performances from the cast mixed with awesome rocking music and great direction.Once you get Back To The Future, you might wanna go back to the past again and again. What i'm trying to say is,once you've seen Back To The Future, you'll wanna see it over and over again.Kudos to the big 3 for making this, respectively director Robert Zemeckis, producer Steven Spielberg and writer Bob Gale.I really don't know how to end the review,so i'll say these words instead: Back To The Future is an irresistibly fun and entertaining classic that is very enjoyable from start to finish that will hook you up with it's amazingly one-of-a-kind plot, spectacular performances from the cast and for it's wonderful charm.

Back To The Future gets a blazing 8.4 stars over 10
